By completing this Enquiry form we will be able to provide you with advice on available staff, & or a quote for services if required. * Note a Fee Schedule is further down the page

If you are a new organisation or private/self directed customer enquiry you will also need to complete a
Trading Terms Agreement which will be emailed to you upon booking confirmation.

General Information

We offer support services for your clients in both 'private & residential settings from Brisbane
North through to Caboolture, Calboundra, Bribe ,Sunshine Coast ,Cooroy, Gympie & Noosa regions. 


You will know the type of service you will be receiving & what is and is not included in that service.

Advanced Care Australia’s staff are motivated and skilled support workers, with a passion for
providing a high quality service to clients and their families. All staff have been screened including federal police checks, and have appropriate qualifications to meet our clients’ needs. Staff are fully insured for Workcover, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity.

      FAQ's 

Are Advanced Care an accredited service provider  Yes we are!

  • We are Approved  Providers & operate a 'Human Services System' which complies with all requirements of Human Services Qld Scheme HSQS:2012  ACA are also current holders of a Service Agreement through the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services Qld;  National Approved Provider System (NAPS).Department of Human Services 

  • What is the minimum service time?   from as little as 1 hr to drop in support to a full 24hr visit
  • Can we do sleepovers -  yes we can , along with wakeover visits - 
  • Can you transport clients -  Yes

Our Staff are Employee's not contractors meaning we are bound by the relevant awards and legislation regarding their insurances work cover & pay conditions.

Staff Qualifications Overview 

Here are just some of the mandatory qualifications you can expect our staff to hold 

  • Minimum qualification – Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support
  • First Aid and CPR

  • Safe Manual Handling

  • Experience in all aspects of Personal Care / Meal Preparation / Transporting

  • Specialist Skills / Qualifications – Palliative Care / Mental Health / Dementia Care /Behavior Management / Bowel Therapy 

  • Screening – Australian Federal Police Check / Blue Card (Working with Young People) / Positive Notice Card (Working with People with a Disability)

  • We also have staff that hold qualification in various levels of  Challenging Behaviors Levels 1-4
