I love how easy it was to introduce carers with a tailored transition plan, the quality of staff put their mind at ease that mum / dad are in good hands, the information they received at assessment helped them to organize other services to help mum / dad stay at home, and the weekly roster helps us to keep track of the staff coming that day.
I really appreciate the consistent communication. It’s refreshing to work with such a proactive company. I met with another client today who also uses your services. The family said they were very happy with your service. Keep up the good work!

I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Advanced Care – as I sometimes have to change service times they are always accommodating and are very flexible – nothing is ever too much trouble – Linda & Janet are doing an amazing job as well as all the staff – we really appreciate these girls and all their help – it’s made our life with a child with special needs just so much easier – thank you so much.
